North Okanagan Labour Council Endorses Colin for Kelowna Council

The Political Action Committee of the North Okanagan Labour Council is happy to endorse Colin Basran, for Kelowna City Council. He answered our endorsement questionnaire satisfactorily to qualify. Although he is not presently a union member, we feel that he is like minded and understands that all working people deserve dignity, respect and safety in their workplaces. He is concerned about the lack of good paying jobs and is in support of the living wage, here in the Okanagan. We are all in agreement that better paying jobs helps our local economy.
